In 2002, Brenda joined the Kids Alive staff as the Accounting Assistant, providing support to the accountant, preparing missionary and field reports, and assisting with donations. Before coming on staff, she worked as a bookkeeper for various businesses, including her husband’s trucking business, and attended Business College to further her accounting knowledge.

Working at Kids Alive holds a special place in Brenda’s heart. “I love working for a Christian organization that loves children and is helping them to have a better life, teaching them about Jesus Christ.”

Brenda and her husband are very involved in their church serving as Teen Youth Leaders. She and her husband Al make their home in Rensselaer with their teen-age daughters, Rachel (17) and Brianne (15), and their cat, Cookies ‘n Crème (7)!
