Lackey - President - Since 1996, Al Lackey has served
as President of Kids Alive International, responsible for
overseeing the worldwide ministry of Kids Alive in 12 countries in
Latin America, Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and the
Pacific Rim. Prior to joining Kids Alive, Al was the Executive
Director of Cedar Lake Conference Center in Cedar Lake, Indiana for
17 years.

- CFO - Renee brings over 10 years of combined
experience in accounting and office management to Kids Alive USA.
Serving as our Accountant since 1999, Renee oversees all financial
and related business matters for the entire organization. You only

growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Dawn H.
Duty - Vice President of Development - In August of
2003, Dawn H. Duty joined Kids Alive International serving as Vice
President of Development, overseeing all of the development,
communications, and marketing programs for Kids Alive. Dawn was a
former executive with the American Cancer Society and the American
Heart Association.

Sarah
Bayne - Operations Associate

Sarah Bayne joined the Kids Alive staff in
July 2006. She is a graduate of Cedarville University with a degree
in Political Science and an emphasis on International Relations
along with minors in Biology and Bible. A new resident of the
Midwest, Sarah called Syracuse, NY her home for most of her life.

Valerie J. Blohm -
Executive Administrative Assistant
- Valerie grew up in neighboring Portage, Indiana and
was somewhat familiar with Kids Alive International, but it wasn’t
until 2002 that God opened the doors for her to join the staff as
Executive Administrative Assistant. Prior to Kids Alive, Valerie
lived in the Chicagoland area where she attended and worked at

Hardel
- Sponsor Relations Coordinator -
Traci
joined the Kids Alive staff in 2005, as our new receptionist. Less
than a year later, she has assumed the responsibilities of Sponsor
Relations Coordinator, working closely with the missionaries in our
14 fields to make the best match for those have an interest in
becoming a child, home or classroom sponsor.

Genevieve
Joseph - Receipt Clerk - Genevieve Joseph joined the
Kids Alive staff in 1993, part time as a Receipt Clerk. An
elementary teacher for 7 years and secretary for 8 years, Genny not
only has an eye for detail - a necessity for the accounting
department - but always has a good joke up her sleeve!
Genny and her husband Bob make their home in Valparaiso.

Matt
Parker, Regional Director
Matt and Mel Parker and their two young children, Katie and Nathan,
came to Kids Alive International from Yeovil Community Church, in
the southwest of England in the late 1990s. Prior to joining the
Kids Alive staff, Matt taught at a school near London after
college, and Mel worked for a children’s team in a theater company.

Sheffer - Director of Operations Services - Gordon
Sheffer joined the Kids Alive staff in 2001, relocating from
Pennsylvania. His previous experience includes social casework,
missionary to Italy, campus minister to international students,
China ministry and more recently, mission office administrator.

Jeff
VanDerMolen, Regional Director
Jeff and his wife, Ann, and their family joined the Kids Alive staff
in 1997. Jeff and Ann both have Bachelor’s degrees from Bethel
College in Minnesota in Cross Cultural Studies and Anthropology,
respectively. Jeff took additional coursework at LeTourneau College,
Moody Bible Institute and Wheaton College.

Brenda Yack -
Accounting Assistant - In 2002, Brenda
joined the Kids Alive staff as the Accounting Assistant,
providing support to the accountant, preparing missionary and field
reports, and assisting with donations. Before coming on staff, she
worked as a bookkeeper for various businesses, including her
husband’s trucking business, and attended Business College to
further her accounting knowledge.
