KENYA HOME

Nyamarambe CHildren's Home LOCATION

The Gesonso Village Children’s Home is located in the Nyanza Province of Western Kenya, in the beautiful hills of Kisii. The Kisii tribe is the predominant tribe in Nyamarambe, although significant numbers of Luo people can also be found there. Kisii land is green and fertile.

The Gesonso Village Children’s Home was opened in the year 2004 through the support of the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation. The Home was established in partnership with the local Church with the mission to reach out to needy children in this community. The Home provides residential care for orphans and vulnerable children aged between 4-to-12 years old.
